Gentle Yin Yoga Poses for Seniors
Class is designed for Seniors 60+ and will consist of gentle yin yoga poses to stimulate the chi flow within your body, to promote organ health, to enhance your meridian channels through the stretch. Poses will be held for 3 to 5 minutes. Breathwork and meditation, as well as a guided relaxation at the end of class, will leave you refreshed, motivated and very still within. No previous yoga experience is necessary.
