Yin/Yang Flow is 90 min in length
This class is a combination of yin yoga postures combined with yang poses. The focus will be stretching with yin poses and then follow with a flow of yang poses to strengthen. The class will be 90 min in length, with pranayama (breathing), meditation and a guided yoga nidra at the end. It is recommended that you feel comfortable with most yin poses before you add the yang postures to your practice.
