Yin Yoga Studio is offering Meditation Workshops every Saturday and Sunday from 6-8pm in September/October/November.

- 25 min of Breathing Techniques to prepare the mind
- 25 min of Guided Daoist Meditation and Self Practice
- 10 min of Guided Relaxation
- Discussion of experiences during Meditation
- Total length of session 2 hrs
