Benefits of our Meditation Workshop

Yin Yoga Studio is offering Meditation Workshops every Saturday and Sunday from 6-8pm in September/October/November.

Workshop includes:

  • Outline of the Benefits of  Meditation 
  • Establishment of a Home Practice 
  • Sensations during Meditation
  • How to enhance stillness of the mind, etc.
  • 25 min of Breathing Techniques to  prepare the mind
  • 25 min of Guided Daoist Meditation and Self Practice
  • 10 min of Guided Relaxation
  • Discussion of experiences during Meditation

- Total length of session 2 hrs
