PRENATAL YOGA AND BENEFITS

Prenatal yogacreates an immediate bond between mother and baby. It prepares mom for the upcoming birth through gentle stretching,Kegel exercises, breathing, strengthening through gentle yoga. It takes anxiety away. Helps to create more space for the baby through hip stretches. Different gentle poses are taught. Emotional support is provided for the expectant mother to cope with the emotional and physical changes during pregnancy.

It is recommended to attend classes several times per week.
