This class is designed for men to attend with their peers. It's a 90 min class in total, which includes breath work, yin yoga, relaxation and some meditation. Men's bodies are different  and often there is a need to feel comfortable practicing on your own. You can bring a group of friends to make it your own outing for yoga!
