It is designed for deep stretching of the connective tissue, fascia, ligaments, hip and spine. A variety of poses are available and we stay in the postures for a longer period of time, for up to 5 minutes. Each class will start with different breathing, meditation, yin yoga and a guided relaxation to follow. Yin Yoga is a very meditative and passive form of yoga. It leaves you very relaxed, you are able to create mindfulness in these meditative poses and you are able to connect with your inner self. A class is 90 min in length.
