YIN YOGA FOR COUPLES ONLY

 

Book an intimate 2 hr class just for you and your loved one to connect emotionally, spiritually and physically with each other.

The class will offer:

  • 20 min pranayama (breathing technique) to relax your mind and to create a connection between the two of you.
  • 20 min meditation and mindfulness training
  • 60 min yin yoga to de stress and to relax, but also to deep stretch your fascia and connective tissues.
  • 20 min guided relaxation (yoga nidra) leaving you completely rested, mindful and emotionally calm.
  • Champagne and strawberries to end a perfectly fabulous experience with each other
