Learning meditation helps your mind become healthy

Learn how to meditate and create mindfulness. Meditation will focus on learning and implementing different breathing techniques to calm your  mind and create inner stillness. Guided meditation and relaxation at the end is part of the class, which is 1 hr in length. Guidance is provided to accomplish a regular home meditative daily practice.
